True to the size I had ordered, only alterations I have to do is the length and maybe an inch or 2 to get taken in around the waist/bust area.

Only negative is that I wish the bottom of the dress was the color ivory like the picture looked, as this is my wedding dress.

Customer service was quick to reach out and friendly when I had a question of shipping. I had my order put in on August 14 and arrived on September 15. Rush order was worth the wait and time all together. I'll most likely suggest the rush order if you need the dress before an event. As a first time buyer on Shopluu I'll most likely use this rush order service for my future dress purchase.

I am so happy with this dress. It's exactly like I exepct it. Also the color is like in the picture and the dress came in time. I am totally ready for the wedding of my best friend :)

I love the dress. The pleating and the custom colour of deep burgundy exceeded my expectations.
Two wishes that I wanted to share is the use of a smoother and stronger zipper. I am fearful that it will break and needs extreme care and assistance to get dressed. Secondly, I thought the dress would be 2” longer than the measurements given as described. Instead it was very long, at least 5 or 6 inches which required an expensive alteration which based on the design of the dress.
The process to communicate my custom colour was smooth and timely.
Overall I am happy that I pursued this purchase. The wedding is a month away and I am excited to wear this dress.

My homecoming dress fit perfect as expected and also came out as listed in the picture. Customer service was quick to respond when I had a question of the shipment, I also put this order as a rush around Aug 14 and came around September 15 which was worth the wait . I ordered this champagne prom dress in ivory for my November 2026 wedding and customized the measurements. I was skeptical at first, but I couldn’t be happier with my order!

The dress arrived earlier than expected and was a little bigger/longer than needed, but I don’t blame them since I provided the measurements. After a few alterations and adding a French bustle, it came out PERFECT!

Communication was amazing—their team responded to my emails very quickly. I also requested straps to make the dress more appropriate for church, and they did an amazing job with no additional charge.

I paid $40 to add a cathedral veil, and it is beautiful! They even added pearls all over it just as I requested.

I had never heard of Shopluu before ordering, and my mom and friend were nervous about me taking the chance. I’m SO glad I did! They are legit, and I would absolutely order from them again. Even with alterations, it was still much more affordable than the discounted wedding dresses I looked at here in NY.

I loved my dress!!

This is a legit store and definitely custom hand made dresses but came as advertised. My only complaint is that I gave all my exact measurements that they asked for and instead of this dress (and another dress I got) being more drop waist, they came in like Cinderella dresses where they flare out at the waist (or slightly above the waist) which make me look shorter. I'm already 5'0 so I didnt appreciate that. In th photo it looks more medieval waist where the flare happens below the waist line which extends the torso. Instead I receive a dress that cut my torso to look shorter and me stubby. Besides that, excellent quality

Not the store's fault. It came in as described. However, in the picture it looked more like a mini skirt cut and not so puffy. When it came in, I was shocked at how puffy it was and it being knee length in addition to me being 5'0 tall. I looked sooo much shorter in this style dress. Also in the picture it looked more sexy and instead it looked like I was a 5 yo going to a tea party for 5 year olds.....my friend who dabbles in seamstress hobbies helped me make it less modest, less puffy, and shorter in the front and tapering in the back and the dress was then salvaged. I wish I could show before and after pics but there's nowhere for me to upload. Besides that all the measurements were perfect and fit like a glove. My friend even said she could tell it was a hand made dress. So you are definitely getting a custom tailored dress with this store.

Lovely dress but it was 3 or 4 sizes bigger than we ordered. No time to replace it before the prom night so couldn’t use it. Very disappointed.

Was a bit nervous, but it's an amazing dress. The fabric and structure of the dress are perfect. Plus, there's a hook in the back like a bra to help secure the bust.

The dress came on time, even faster than I expected. The colors are vibrant and beautiful, such as the overall look. It looks just like in the pictures. The only flaw would be the customization of my order. The length of the dress was way too long, so I had to go to the tailor which also cost a lot of money..
Otherwise everything was just as expected. Bonus points for the lovely customer service and the early replies to my E-Mails :)

This dress is gorgeous and came much quicker than estimated. Communication was also great when I had a question. There is a tiny bit of variance between the detail in the skirt of the gown compared to the example images but it’s still lovely.

Ordered this dress for the first time on this site and it was everything I imagined! The cut of the dress compliments me perfectly and it looks just as it did on the uploaded photos. My dress was a custom color and size, but the same style as the original dress. AND, it delivered a week early! Definitely wished I sized down a few inches (3-5 inches) for the bust and waist area, though, because I had to lace it up all the way if I wanted it to stay in place + didn’t have the cute classic laced up back. Would def order from here again.
