    Beautiful dress. Wonderful customer service.

    We ordered this dress five and a half weeks before the event. When 4 weeks went by without any communication from shopluu, I emailed them and received a response within 24 hours. They were very courteous and helpful. We communicated back and forth for several days. They were always helpful and specific. They assured me that we would receive the dress in time. Once the dress shipped they sent me an email informing me that the dress had shipped. I asked for the tracking information and they sent that to me as well. The dress shipped from china to Wyoming in 3 days! The dress is absolutely beautiful. The dress was slightly large and I wish we had had time to get it altered professionally but we made do and she got so many compliments.
